Standard Rates:
OFF SEASON is $400 per night, with a 3-night minimum
PEAK SEASON IS May 25-September 8th, & ALL holiday weeks are $3,000
Additional information about rental rates

| Damage Deposit | $350 |
| City tax on booked rentals | 8% |
| Lodging Charge | $2 a night |
Security deposits are paid immediately to secure the rental and are due with the receipt of the signed contract, which will be emailed. We prefer to take checks or money orders. You will see the payment schedule in your contract. We can be flexible if you can not work within our time frame.
Owner’s Cancellation Policy
Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.
